What

Add filament inventory table UI with visual low stock indicators:

  • Filament model matching backend FilamentResponse DTO
  • Stock level classification: critical (≤10%), low (≤25%), moderate (≤50%), healthy (>50%)
  • Color-coded chips/badges with icons per stock level
  • Progress bars color-coded by remaining percentage
  • Row highlighting for critical and low stock spools
  • Alert banner for critical/low stock counts
  • Sortable columns (material, brand, serial, remaining, stock level, status)
  • Empty state handling
  • Touch-optimized for kiosk (Raspberry Pi 5)
